I do like that Chef on Call gives me some flexibility when my week gets hectic. Pausing my subscription was straightforward, which I appreciated. That said, when I tried to make other changes, it felt like I was getting passed around a bit and not everything was as simple as I expected. Some options are limited, and I definitely had to plan further ahead than I thought I would. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wish changing delivery days or skipping at the last minute was a lot smoother.

I tried Chef on Call for dinner, and overall the timing was okay. The delivery showed up close to when they said it would, so I wasn’t left wondering where my food was, which I appreciated.

I reached out to them, and they got the refund started without a bunch of back and forth. The money came back quicker than I expected too, which I really appreciated. For something that can usually be "annoying," this was surprisingly smooth. 5 stars from me.
